Need to return an
item?
After packing your
return, please send it back to us via Canada Post (or a
reliable delivery service for clients outside Canada). We'll
notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.

Returns
Policy
Within 30 days of
delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return
your purchase to APEX, for any reason, for a full refund
minus shipping and handling charges (we'll refund the return
shipping cost, if the return
is a result of our error). For purchases where no shipping
and handling fees were charged a 15% restocking fee will be
charged on all returns (except when the return is a result
of our error).
Please note that we
cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned
more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns
and refunds for items purchased at APEX BODY CARE PRODUCTS
Inc. We cannot exchange items.

Replacement
of Damaged or Defective Items
APEX can replace
items only if they are defective or damaged in the delivery
process, and only after the original item is returned.

Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after
we've received and processed the returned item. You can
expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive
your return.
